General Comments
Haccp: discussed proper hand washing techniques.

Due to facility not having hot running water under pressure in the butchers area and employee restrooms, these areas must cease all operations until hot water is restored. Once hot water is restored, please call the health department for verification. Once verification has been made, operations can resume.

A follow up will occur once hot water has been restored.
